All products sold by Three Cats And A Karen are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or a license key has been issued, except at our sole discretion.

When you purchase a digital product from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or commercial creative projects. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product or license key with others
  • Reverse engineer or modify the underlying software
  • Transfer your license to another person or account

Each license key is issued to one buyer and is intended for use on one device/browser.

3. API Keys & Third-Party Services

Some of our tools (including Style Blender AI) require you to supply your own third-party API keys (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI). We are not responsible for:

  • Costs incurred through your use of third-party APIs
  • Changes to third-party API pricing, availability, or terms
  • Any content generated using third-party AI models

Your API keys are stored locally in your own browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property

All product designs, code, branding, and content associated with Three Cats And A Karen are our intellectual property. Nothing in your purchase grants you ownership of our underlying software, designs, or brand assets.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the results you may achieve using our tools. AI-generated content may vary and is subject to the capabilities and limitations of the underlying models.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Three Cats And A Karen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

We reserve the right to update our products and these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
